Are you ready and prepared to help someone in cases of emergency?
Having the knowledge and the skills in performing Basic Life Support (BLS) on an individual who is having a life-threathening medical emergency could decide the person's chances of survival.

Be prepared in dealing with common medical emergencies such as cardiac arrests and choking.  With the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, you will be trained to deal with such emergencies.
Learn how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation or CPR and how to apply and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on adults, children, and infants. You will also be trained on how to manage an individual who is choking.

With the BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), one can perform the necesary and proper skills which might be needed in a medical emergency at the workplace or in any situation where help is required.
